We service Berks County and surrounding areas. Additional mileage fees will be assessed for travel outside of Berks County.
MixedUP Event Services LLC is a small business with big visions, created to support you with all of your event planning needs. We can also quench your thirst and mix it up at your next event with our Mobile Bartending services. We provide everything but the alcohol itself, along with non alcoholic, "mocktail" options for any of your guests who like or need alcohol-free options.
Our bartenders are experienced mixologist that are RAMP certified. (Certifications are available for viewing at anytime.) We are also covered by a General Liability insurance along with a Limited Liquor Liability insurance that allows us to add your event under our policy for extra coverage during the time of your event.
We will come to you with the up most professionalism and care, to make sure your special event is exactly what you envisioned it to be with the best local, vendor services your event needs from beginning to end.

PRICING & PACKAGES
Prices subject to change based on add on options,travel time,and the influx in supply prices.
Please note for the bar service packages we do not provide the alcohol, you provide the alcohol, we cover the rest.
DEPOSIT INFORMATION
After your initial consultation and booking agreement is finalized you will then be sent a invoice. Your invoice does not need to be paid in full until one week prior to the event.
**A non refundable deposit is assessed based on your package to book Mobile Bar services, or party consultant services.
Forms of payment excepted - Cash, Check, Square, PayPal, Venmo, and Apple Pay.
The choice will be provided to add your event venue to our Retail liquor policy/ General Liability policy at no additional cost.

The Diamond Package - Starting at $200
(Includes up to 60 guests)
( Up to 6 hours of service / ask for additional options for events expected to be longer then 6 hours. )
